THG has purchased skincare brand Biossance in a deal value up to $20m.
The ecommerce group acquired the corporate from US biotechnology group Amyris, which not too long ago entered Chapter 11 chapter proceedings.
THG snapped up Biossance belongings together with IP, in addition to stock and debtors with a guide worth of $29m.
Biossance has generated international revenues of $300m because it was based in 2015, with its vary of curated skincare merchandise, together with cleansers, lotions and serums, promoting for between $15 to $74.
